We are Steven and IFBB Pro Laura Zuniga, husband and wife with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Laura, at 50 years old, is Women’s Physique IFBB Pro. As an amateur, she holds 3 Hawaiian titles in Figure, Physique and Bodybuilding. She is a registered nurse with an extensive background in weight management and bariatrics. Steven holds numerous power lifting titles and is a nutritional expert. He currently is serving as a NPC judge.
We specialize in weight management, dietary counseling, and body/physique transformation. Currently Laura is mentored and trained by some of the best trainers in the world, specifically the Godfather of the bodybuilding world, Charles Glass. We take the knowledge we receive from world class trainers to share it with the people we work with. Our mission is to help individuals meet their health and fitness goals. We offer personal training and nutritional consultations.
